Refund Policy

We strive to deliver your food in the best condition and on time. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Order Issues from Our Side

  • If your order is canceled by us due to stock unavailability, kitchen issues, or any internal errors.

  • If there is a significant delay in delivery beyond the promised time without prior notice.

  • If you receive the wrong order, damaged food, or incomplete items.

2. Delivery Failures

  • If the order could not be delivered due to a verified fault from our delivery team.

  • If the delivery partner fails to reach you and the delivery is not completed despite accurate address/contact info.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability.

  • If the food is rejected due to personal taste preferences after delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • refunded amount will be credited within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

  • In case of cash on delivery, refund will be made via UPI/Bank transfer upon confirmation.
