If the order could not be delivered due to a verified fault from our delivery team.
If the delivery partner fails to reach you and the delivery is not completed despite accurate address/contact info.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability.
If the food is rejected due to personal taste preferences after delivery.
refunded amount will be credited within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
In case of cash on delivery, refund will be made via UPI/Bank transfer upon confirmation.
