By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Delifie mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Offered

Delifie acts as a technology platform that connects users with partner restaurants to facilitate food and beverage ordering for delivery or pickup. We do not prepare, package, or deliver the food ourselves.

4. User Account Responsibilities

You must create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree not to share your account or login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
Any activity under your account will be considered as performed by you.

5. Orders and Payments

Once placed, orders are forwarded to the respective restaurant for fulfillment.
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed by the restaurant.
Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Providing incorrect or incomplete address or contact details may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
Delivery charges may vary based on location and restaurant policy.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

The order is canceled by the restaurant.
Payment was made in error.
The order was not delivered or the service was unsatisfactory and validated by us.
To request a refund, contact our support team within 1 hours of the issue occurring.

8. Restaurant Responsibility Disclaimer

Delifie is solely a facilitator and is not liable for the preparation, packaging, taste, or hygiene of food provided.
For complaints regarding food quality, you should directly contact the restaurant listed on your order.

9. User Conduct Guidelines

By using our platform, you agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Treat delivery personnel and customer support staff with respect.
Not upload, share, or transmit any offensive, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including trademarks, logos, app content, and technology used in the platform belong to Delifie or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also governed by our our Privacy Policy . We recommend reviewing it to understand how we collect, store, and protect your personal data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform. Continued use of our services after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for:

Any losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the platform.
Delay, non-performance, or failure of delivery caused by third parties (restaurants, agents, etc.).
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, we encourage users to contact our support team first for resolution.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or court jurisdiction as per applicable laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of madhya pradesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
